How it's measured
Natively county-level; melted wide->long. The data year is parsed from each column's two-digit suffix and stripped to form one concept per measure across years. Categories derive from the AHRF crosswalk CAT codes.
Limitations
Different columns carry different data years (encoded as a two-digit suffix), so a single AHRF snapshot mixes vintages; some measures are multi-year rolling figures; not every county reports every measure. Category labels depend on the AHRF crosswalk being present at load time.
